The sex trafficking of children took on a new low when a strip club manager openly pimped out a 13-year-old girl. Steven Toth, 43, was the manager at Beaverton, Oregon, strip club Stars Cabaret where he and another man, Victor Moreno-Hernandez, 28, forced the young girl to dance nude at the club. After she finished dancing at the club, she was expected to have sex with the club patrons. Toth and Hernandez also took turns raping the girl and would keep any money made from her forced sex acts.
This past Tuesday, both men appeared in court to face charges. Toth took a plea deal and admitted to prostitution, sexual abuse and second-degree sodomy. Toth was also charged, in a separate case, with three counts of prostituting adult strippers. His partner in crime Moreno-Hernandez pleaded not guilty to all 16 charges against him. These charges included second-degree rape, second-degree sodomy, sexual abuse, unlawful sexual penetration, unlawful delivery of meth to a minor and compelling prostitution. According to police investigators, both men started pimping the girl when she was only 11-years-old in 2012.
