Did Iggy Azalea give her ex-boyfriend permission to sell their sex tape?

Iggy Azalea & Hefe Wine - Cover

Just when you thought Iggy Azalea’s sex tape scandal couldn’t get any more dramatic, reports claim that her ex-boyfriend, rapper Hefe Wine, is not only claiming that he’s the man in the sex tape with Azalea, but that she signed a contract giving him permission to sell the alleged tape.

According to TMZ, they’ve obtained a copy of a lengthy contract that Iggy, who’s real name is Amethyst Amelia Kelly, signed back in 2009 that gives Wine exclusive rights to “manufacture, sell, distribute and advertise ‘any’ recording embodying visual images.”

Although Azalea originally signed the contract with the intention of simply creating music and videos, Wine believes the contract can apply to the alleged sex tape as long as he provides music for it.

In addition, the contract allows for Wine to create a website to sell Azalea’s material, which would allow him to create and host a website for the alleged sex tape.

If that’s the case, then Azalea will need a strong legal defense in court to block Wine from releasing the alleged tape. – nicholas robinson
