Sheryl Underwood made quite a stir last week on “The Talk” when she accused three of the Queens of Comedy, Adele Givens, Laura Hayes, and Sommore, insulting her in a phone conversation when she was asked to be a part of a second version of the tour. At the time, both Hayes and Givens lashed back at Underwood for her accusations, but now it seems that Givens is doing more than insulting Underwood and that she’s now seeking legal action.

Earlier this week, Givens revealed on her Twitter page that she’s sought out legal counsel in response to Underwood’s accusations, saying that Underwood’s claims are false.

When she said “”..my recollection of the call” she let herself off the hook for a lawsuit f I r slander or defamation of character.

I find it very hard to believe that Underwood would get on TV and just make up a story like that. The talk did a week of the women telling dark secrets in their lives and that was hers’. So I doubt if they can sue.
