Jay Wayne Jenkins, better known by his stage name Young Jeezy or simply Jeezy, is celebrating his 37th birthday today, Sept. 28. The music mogul and his Street Dreamz Foundation to the real estate company Jay Morrison Academy so students interested in having a career in real estate can enjoy a free month’s scholarship at the academy which includes two bi-weekly mentorship calls with real estate agent Jay Morrison, four lessons on “How to Become a Real Estate Investor,” virtual protege lessons, a Jay Morrison Academy textbook and more.
