Ne-Yo just bought the farm.
No, literally.
The R&B superstar reportedly has purchased two acres of farmland outside of Alpharetta, Georgia. Listed as a “hobby farm” or “farmette,” Ne-Yo’s newest property cost a whopping $520,000 and features a gated 5-bedroom, 3-bath house.
Ne-Yo is prepping his next album, tentatively-titled NonFiction, for release before the end of the year. He’s released the singles “Money Can’t Buy” with Jeezy and “She Knows” with Juicy J, which hit the Web two weeks ago. The racy video for “She Knows” debuted this week, featuring the singer being hounded by strippers in random places, including libraries and convenience stores.
