Phaedra Parks and Apollo Nida’s marriage is already on the way out the window, but now things seem to be getting even messier for the estranged couple as news circulates that Parks will likely be forced to spill the beans on Nida’s criminal past.
According to TMZ, thanks to an ongoing court case with Angela Stanton, who Parks sued for defamation after she wrote a book accusing Parks of leading a criminal ring with herself and Nida, Parks has to be questioned by Stanton’s lawyers.
Parks was previously deposed by Stanton’s lawyers, but wiggled her way out of having to answer questions about Nida. But Parks must now open up about Nida’s criminal past in order for Stanton’s lawyers to have a fair shot at crafting a strong defense in court.
Unfortunately, news of Parks’ deposition comes just days after her rep confirmed that Parks has met with an attorney to file for divorce from Nida.
It looks like it’s every man or woman for themselves when it comes to this divorce, and clearly Nida is on the losing end. – nicholas robinson
