Mandatory vaccines will be mandated by the government
This seems, at best, highly unlikely. There have been four reported cases of Ebola in the U.S. and one fatality; not enough to warrant that kind of overreaction. And even if the virus did spread, it would take years of legal wrangling and millions of dollars to force vaccination on every American citizen. Considering there is no certified vaccine currently, there are still clinic trials to finish conducting and there would have to be infrastructure in place to handle the vaccinations. Despite the hysteria of recent weeks, Ebola is not a high medical priority for American pharmaceutical companies.
