A special meet-and-greet and advance screening of the new action drama FURY, took place at Fort Benning in Columbus, GA on Thursday. Hundreds of soldiers and their families were on hand at Fort Benning’s McGinnis-Wickam Hall to see FURY‘s cast members Brad Pitt, Shia LaBeouf, Michael Pena, Logan Lerman and director David Ayer. Cast members spent the entire afternoon on the post, which is home to the United States Army’s Infantry and Armor Schools, with the majority of their time devoted to meeting and taking photos with the hundreds of soldiers who came out to see them and the film. The cast and Ayer also got an upclose look at four authentic tanks, including a WWII-era ‘Sherman’ tank as seen in the film and a current battle tank M1A2, that were displayed at McGinnis-Wickam Hall.
