TLC has canceled “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo.” According to reports, the family network dropped Mama June and her posse after TMZ revealed that June has allegedly been secretly dating a convicted child molester, Mark McDaniel, who sexually abused one of her relatives.

In March, McDaniel was released from prison after serving 10 years for forcing oral sex on an 8-year-old. It is believed that shortly thereafter, June started a full-fledged affair with the convicted felon.

Although June has since denied reports she’s seeing McDaniel, a photo of the pair surfaced recently, featuring June and McDaniel getting cozy under the covers. Unfortunately, TLC felt the reality mom was being dishonest and cancelled the show in addition to holding off on airing an entire new season shot just months ago.

While the network appears to have completely turned their back on June, TLC has made it a point to ensure that the children involved with the series will be taken care of. “Supporting the health and welfare of these remarkable children is our only priority. TLC is faithfully committed to the children’s ongoing comfort and well-being,” TLC said in a brief statement.

Sources connected to law enforcement also state that children’s services and the local sheriff’s department have been notified. –ruthie hawkins/@ruubabie
