2. Spend time outdoors. When the walls seem like they’re caving in on you, one of the best things to do is to simply open up the front door and walk outside. Go to the park, hit up the lakefront, find yourself a bird sanctuary. Whatever it is, just get outside and breathe in life. If you can’t get outside, sit by the window and open up the blinds. Literally, let a little sunshine in. I promise you it will help.
