4. Exercise. For me, I figured out a little while ago that exercise is really exorcise … getting rid of that devil by pushing your body beyond its comfort zones as you elevate yourself to a new level of being. The fact that a good, focused workout is actually a meditation itself is the cherry on top. Push up those weights as you push back against the anxiety and depression that’s seeking to take you under.
