Tamara Green
Green accused Cosby of sexual assault from well over 30 years ago. When Cosby’s lawyers denied the charges and called Green a liar, she filed a defamation of character suit against Cosby. Green knows the legal system well since she is a disbarred lawyer with a proven mental health condition. Green was disbarred for keeping $20,000 of a client’s medical settlement and moving her office without notice. According to court records, “Although Respondent [Green] has a mental health problem … she is not found to have undergone a meaningful and sustained period of rehabilitation from her mental health problem.”
