Eric Garner’s daughter has used Twitter to express her rage against the police officers who killed her father. According to reports, Garner’s daughter, Erica, sent out a tweet that stated, “Justin D’Amico was another officer that helped killed my dad.”

She also tweeted a link that listed the name of the officer and five of his relatives. Erica has over 5,000 Twitter followers.

Moments after she sent the tweet, she deleted the message. Erica was likely expressing her anger at D’Amico who was granted immunity to testify before a grand jury to decide if Daniel Pantaleo should be charged with the murder of Eric Garner.

Garner was choked to death by Pantaleo. Although chokeholds were banned by the NYPD in 1992, a grand jury failed to bring charges against Pantaleo.

Pantaleo was stripped of his gun and badge and D’Amico has been assigned desk duty.
