James King, 42, reportedly went to a Walmart store in Apopka, Florida, specifically to harass women. According to WKMG, King didn’t have any items or shopping cart while walking around the store.
Instead of shopping, King attempted to get a sneak peek under the skirts of women. A surveillance camera captured King kneeling down and putting his cellphone under the skirt of a woman who identified herself as Tenicka.
Once Tenicka noticed King taking the picture, she told her nephew. After Tenicka’s nephew approached King, he ran out of the store. Her nephew gave chase and was able to get a photo of King and wrote down his license plate number.
Police arrested King and are investigating whether he has committed similar crimes. King has since bailed out of jail.
