NeNe Leakes made it clear a few weeks ago that she and Kenya Moore are not friends, but any chance of them at least being cordial and cool with each other just went out the window because Moore has now revealed that Leakes has filed a cease and desist order against her.
Late last night, Moore posted a photo of the cease and desist order on her Instagram page with the caption “I guess this is @neneleakes way of saying happy birthday! #RHOA #HypocrisyAtItsBest #byegirl#SheTriedIt #SoNastySoRude.”
In the order, Leakes’ lawyer claims that “Mrs. Leakes has learned that you have engaged in making false, destructive, and defamatory statements. These statements have been made directly, by implication and innuendo during television broadcasts and through social media and the BravoTV blog.
“You are hereby directed to cease and desist making any and all false and defamatory statements, which are injurious to her character and reputation. Your postings on BravoTV have been false, malicious and ostensibly made with the intent to cause damage to her reputation by exposing her to public hatred, contempt and ridicule, and injuring her in her trade and/or profession,” her lawyer added.
Well, this is a first for the “RHOA” cast and, as Moore mentioned, it’s a surprising decision considering that Leakes has made inflammatory statements about her fellow cast mates as well. We also wonder what Bravo thinks of this order considering their bread and butter depends on these ladies being able to diss each other at will.
