Taraji P. Henson – You can say that her role as Cookie on “Empire” has done wonders for the 44-year-old actress. Since wrapping up season one of her hit Fox show, Henson has continued her TV takeover as a guest host on “Saturday Night Live” in addition to reprising her role on CBS’ “Person of Interest.”
