Nick Gordon found himself facing a crushing setback earlier this week when reports revealed that Bobbi Kristina’s estate has moved to sue him for allegedly abusing Bobbi and stealing money from her. But now Gordon is facing an even graver reality as reports claim that he may face murder charges if Bobbi dies.
As previously reported, Bobbi has been unresponsive ever since she was found face down in a bathtub in her home on Jan. 31. Since then, the Houston and Brown families have held out hope that she would recover. But now that it’s been revealed that her condition has worsened, they’ve decided to move Bobbi to a hospice care center to live out the rest of her days.
At the time of the tragedy, Fulton County police opened a criminal investigation and suspected foul play after they found bruising on Bobbi’s face. According to the lawsuit filed by Bobbi’s estate, Gordon allegedly beat her hours before she nearly drowned and knocked out one of her front teeth.
Now that Bobbi is being moved to hospice care, she doesn’t likely have much longer to live. And once she dies, Gordon could be slapped with murder charges.
The Fulton County D.A. told TMZ, “In view of the new circumstances regarding the health status of Bobbi Kristina Brown, we will be reviewing the case with greater interest.”
Well, it looks like Gordon better get a good defense lawyer because his troubles are nowhere near over.
