Former All-Pro quarterback Donovan McNabb was recently arrested for DUI in Arizona after rear-ending a car at a stop light in Gilbert, Arizona.
According to reports, McNabb was arrested and charged with DUI and taken to jail. He didn’t stay long and was eventually released after being cited. However, his explanation for the DUI is so confusing some may think he was still intoxicated while making his remarks.
During his weekly radio show on NBC Sports Radio, McNabb broke his silence and made an attempt to explain the situation.
“There was a story that was released, and I want everybody to be cognizant of it, because I am very aware of it, handling the matter at this particular point. But at this point, I have no further information, and as we continue on with the situation, then we’ll let it handle as it will handle itself,” McNabb said.
