Things were bad enough for Orlando Scandrick and Draya Michele when the NFL baller abruptly ended their engagement last month and called the decision to propose a mistake. But things became even worse when Scandrick decided later on to file a restraining order against Michele, claiming that she was abusive in their relationship. But just a few weeks after getting the restraining order, reports claim that a judge has now tossed the restraining order against Michele.
As previously reported, Scandrick claimed in his initial request for the restraining order that Michele abused him on two separate occasions, one which she allegedly maced him and threw candles at him, and another in which she allegedly threw a porcelain jewelry holder and books at him.
According to TMZ, Scandrick was supposed to appear in court recently to extend the restraining order. However, Scandrick didn’t show up so the judge decided to drop the restraining order altogether.
Sources claim that Scandrick didn’t show up to court because he and Michele have quietly reconciled and are back together. However, neither celeb has confirmed the rumor.
For now, we’re not sure what’s going on with these two but it’s clear that Michele can now legally see Scandrick again if she wants to.
