Actor Tom Cruise is reprising his role for the fifth time in nearly 20 years as agent Ethan Hunt in Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation. He attended the film’s premiere Monday in New York along with his castmates and other stars.

Cruise and others looked dressed to impress on the premiere’s red carpet. He and the director of the film, Christopher McQuarrie, greeted a sea of fans and signed autographs. Other stars in attendance were Alec Baldwin, Martha Stewart, Dasha Polenco, Ireland and Hailey Baldwin, Sara Sampaio and more.

The latest installment of Mission Impossible is expected to be the most action-packed film yet, full of the most outrageous stunts the series has ever done. According to a press release, Ethan and his team “take on their most impossible mission yet” of destroying the Syndicate, which is a highly skilled international rogue organization out to annihilate the Impossible Missions Force.

The film hits theaters Friday, July 31. Check out a photo gallery of the red carpet below.
