Sneaker enthusiasts around the world can’t get enough of Yeezy Boost sneakers — the brainchild of adidas and rapper-fashonista Kanye West. The latest design on the shoe, Kanye x Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 Black, sold out Saturday within minutes, and those who missed out on purchasing a pair were outraged.

The Yeezys were available online starting at around 11:25 a.m. EST. An hour later, adidas posted on their Twitter account, “#YEEZYBOOST 350 is now sold out online in the U.S.” Adidas South Africa posted a similar message announcing it was all out of Yeezys.

Anxious buyers who stood in line for hours at retailers around the U.S. were disappointed when the $200 shoes sold out within minutes. Some who stood in line received tickets guaranteeing them a pair, leaving those who were left empty-handed furious. Telegraph reported that when 100 people began standing in line Thursday at a London Foot Locker, 62 tickets were given out before the crowd was told to go home, causing those with tickets to be threatened by others without one.

The Yeezys craze literally broke the Internet, with websites like Oki-ni.com crashing due to the high demand of customers trying to nab the sneakers.

Below are tweets from Yeezy Boost fans airing out their grievances from missing out on the shoes.
