Blame it on Beyoncé…

That’s the name of a new track, hailing from the eldest son of Will Smith, Trey “AcE” Smith. In his debut, featuring singer DeCarlo, the 22-year-old pays homage to Mrs. Carter in honor of her Sept. 4 birthday. And we’d have to admit, we’re not mad about it…

“‘Blame It On Beyoncé” is a song that’s inspired by the impact Beyoncé has made on pop culture,” he says of the track, which came to fruition after he spotted Bey-inspired style at last year’s Coachella music festival. “From women to fashion and music, her presence is felt everywhere.”

When it comes to mastering the art of music, Smith’s got the support of his entire family, including dad Will, mom Sheree Zampino (of VH1’s “Hollywood Exes”), step-mom Jada Pinkett and younger siblings, Jaden and Willow. While DJing sets around the globe, AcE is also piecing together his official debut project. But is this track enough to launch him into super stardom?
