According to TMZ, Dee claims that even though it was her birthday, the dinner wasn’t specifically for her and she was just another guest at the dinner. When the check came to the table, she was in the bathroom and she claims everyone at her table decided to leave before she came back from the bathroom.
Dee says she always intended to pay her portion of the bill, but when she returned to the table, managers and cops confronted her and accused her of trying to dine and dash. Dee refused to pay for the check for the entire table and that’s when she was arrested.
