Chris Brown’s baby mama, Nia Guzman, came under major fire this summer when, during the height of her custody battle with Brown, her former boyfriend, King Ba, went on the run from police over a forgery scandal. Since then, Ba has been arrested and Guzman is busy keeping the peace with Brown in their custody case. However, Ba and Guzman are back in the news this week because Ba, once again, is wanted by the police.
As previously reported, Ba was wanted by police for several weeks for allegedly forging over $5K worth of U.S. Treasury checks. Last month, Ba turned himself in to police after claiming he saw himself on “Crime Stoppers” and he was subsequently released on $5K bond. At the time, Guzman claimed that she and Ba are no longer together but some believe the two are still a couple.
According to TMZ, Ba was supposed to appear in a Texas court over the charges last Thursday. However, Ba never showed up to court so the judge issued a warrant for Ba’s arrest. This marks the second time Ba has been wanted by the police in just a little over a month.
No other information is known about Ba’s whereabouts or his case, but it seems like he’s going to be keeping Guzman in the tabloids for a long time to come if he keeps it up with these shenanigans. And considering that Guzman once tried to claim that Brown and his friends brought a bad element into their daughter’s life, it would be hard for her if she tried, once again, to go to battle with Brown over custody.
