“Everything that defendant stated was nonsensical and rambling,” officer Brad Reinhard wrote in his report about the incident.

As police questioned Cousins, she reportedly revealed that she used a fake ID to get into the bar. Cousins was also found to have a blood alcohol level of .206, which is more than twice the legal limit.

Cousins was subsequently arrested and charged with making a non-emergency 911 call and public intoxication.

Let this be a lesson to others. Don’t pretend to be Olivia Pope while trying to prank the police. It won’t end well.
