This week, Tamar Braxton landed in the headlines when it was revealed that she was fighting back a serious illness to continue competing on “Dancing with the Stars.” But after an intense few days, Braxton revealed last night that she’s going to bow out of the competition to tend to her health.
After weeks of stellar routines, things took a bad turn for Braxton earlier this week when she was rushed to the emergency room during rehearsals, she’d reportedly been battling pneumonia for weeks.
Despite her illness, Braxton left the hospital and rushed back to “DWTS” to give a performance that saved her from being eliminated or disqualified from the show.
However, it seems that Braxton’s illness is worse than she originally thought because last night she posted a photo of herself in a hospital bed on Instagram and revealed that she has quit the show.
