Just because celebrities can afford the finer things in life, including the finest cuts of beef in the world, that doesn’t mean they’re all chowing down on cow. In fact, many Hollywood A-listers have recently opted for a mostly plant-based diet.
While some favor a vegetarian diet, abstaining from the consumption of red meat, poultry, seafood and the flesh of any other animal. Others like Beyonce, have become full-fledged vegans. In other words, they refrain from consuming all animal products, including eggs, dairy products and other animal-derived substances. This can be as extreme as not wearing fur, leather, etc. And while Queen Bey is currently only a part-time vegan, her new lifestyle inspired the 22 Day Nutrition program, to make or break bad eating habits.
