Apollo Nida has been in prison for more than a year now, leaving his estranged wife, Phaedra Parks, free to do what she wants out in the free world. Although Parks has spoken about divorcing Nida since before his 8-year prison sentence began, she has yet to legally part from her husband, leaving many to wonder whether she’s really ready to move on from Nida. But in a recent interview, Parks finally explained how she feels about divorce and dating.
While appearing on “Watch What Happens Live” on Sunday night, a viewer called in and asked Parks if she plans on dating other men any time soon.
“Umm, when I get divorced, but I’m still married,” Parks responded.
Host Andy Cohen then asked Parks if she’s going to go through with plans to divorce Nida.
“Umm, it’s in process,” Parks replied.
Parks clearly didn’t want to offer up too much information about her love life on camera, but previews of upcoming episodes of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” show clips of Parks seemingly entertaining other men on camera. It will definitely be interesting to see Parks back in the dating field and we’ll be watching to see how it turns out.
