The shooting continues in Chicago. Four teens were shot in the Bronzeville neighborhood on the south side of the city. The young men, ages 16-17, were sitting in a parked car when the vehicle was riddled with bullets. Three out of the four teens suffered injuries due to being shot. The fourth teen suffered injuries because of the flying glass. According to Chief of Patrol Eddie Johnson, it is believed that this shooting was in retaliation for the earlier shooting of a 23-year-old man, who was shot in the arm.

It has also been reported that none of the victims are cooperating with police during this investigation. Two of the individuals who were shot are known and documented gang members. Three of the victims are students of Dunbar Vocational High School. Police are working closely with the Chicago Public Schools to help curb any retaliation.

The teens were all taken to local area hospitals.
