Phaedra moves forward with her divorce
Phaedra meets up with her lawyer, Ronne Kaplan, and tells her that she wants to move forward with her divorce from Apollo. Phaedra opens up about the effect that Apollo’s incarceration has had on their two sons and she explains that she hasn’t had the boys visit their father because she doesn’t want to expose them to a traumatizing prison experience. Midway through the meeting, Apollo’s divorce lawyer comes in and Phaedra’s lawyer requests that they have an uncontested divorce and that they have a signed agreement on co-parenting before the divorce is filed. Apollo’s lawyer explains that he’s not in any position to make demands, so the ball is in Phaedra’s court. He also says the divorce could go smoothly, but it only takes one person to throw everything out of order.
