The eighth season of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” is finally coming to an end next week. And the ladies of the show just wrapped filming for the always infamous reunion special last week, leaving fans already wondering what kind of explosive arguments and catfights went down in front of the cameras when they came together one last time. Now, “RHOA” newcomer, Kim Fields, is opening up about her reunion experience and whether she enjoyed herself during this season of the show.
Last night on “Watch What Happens Live” with host Andy Cohen, Fields was asked what shooting the reunion was like and her initial gripe was the pain of getting dolled up for the shoot.
“If I’m ever in a corset and a bra for that many hours again – that was atrocious!” Fields said.
Wardrobe issues aside, Fields explained that she wasn’t too excited about having to endure another unnecessarily dramatic experience with the ladies.
“The interaction was interesting because this is like your final comeuppance to say your peace on some crap and finally get it over with. If you weren’t there [Andy], deuces,” Fields explained.
Cohen asked Fields if the reunion was in anyway cathartic to her, but Fields explained that she’d already made her peace about her issues while the season was filming.
“Sometimes it’s just frustrating when you feel like, number one, aren’t you watching the same stuff we’re all watching? But overall, I don’t feel like it was, ‘Oh, I finally have the reunion to say what I want to say.’ Because I really feel like all through the season I was able to say my peace. I feel like I was well represented. I feel like my family, even when issues came up, we still handled it and stayed true to ourselves. So mission accomplished,” Fields shared.
But that’s not all that Fields discussed. She also talked about the drama involving the gay rumors spread about her husband, Chris Morgan. Read what she had to say, after the cut.
