Looking for tools for millennial entrepreneurs?

Did you know that millennials will have the highest spending power by 2018 and 90 percent of millennials identify themselves as entrepreneurs? This group has really been grinding! In order to make the most of that spending power and enhance entrepreneurial efforts, there are a few tools that will take you to the next level:

1. Macbook

Say what you want about your PC computer, but once you go Mac, you ain’t going back! Macs are literally made for creatives and most entrepreneurs (especially solo-preneurs) typically find themselves handling the bulk of the work in the beginning. So when you end up needing to record an audio lesson, shoot and edit a video or create your next flyer — your Macbook will make it easier for you.

2. Google G Suite

Google makes life so simple by providing so many tools in one place. From creating and sharing documents, spreadsheets, forms and powerpoints to managing your schedule — the G Suite from Google has you covered. Plus, with their mobile apps you are literally able to manage your entire business (and team) from the palm of your hand. The Google Docs app is especially amazing since it allows you to edit docs on your phone.

3. Canva

If you’re balling on a budget, Canva.com is a life saver. This online graphics creator has tons of templates for all of your design needs. From social media promo graphics to invitations and advertisements; you can make magic in minutes. Plus, pretty much everything you need is offered for free. Although there isn’t an iPhone app, you can design from your iPad!

4. A learning library

If you’re going to not just attain success but sustain it, you have to invest in your education and everyone knows that leaders are readers. There are tons of titles that can help you take your business to the next level, these are a few to check out: Think & Grow Rich, The Four Agreements, Who Moved My Cheese, The Game of Life & How to Play It, The Greatest Salesman in the World.

5. A planner/organizer

Once you’ve set your sights on success, you’re going to need an organizer to help you prioritize your life. There are tons of great planners out there from the Power Planner to the Passion Planner, but one that is a must-have is the Plot, Plan and Get Paid planner. It’ll help you document your dreams, track your progress and stay on track to get what you want.

Millennials are already making it happen, now the goal is to keep going and growing!
