Tiffany Fulcher is the ultimate mompreneur, speaker, and business coach. She is the CEO and founder of Tiffany Fulcher Enterprise and Momspace — an online business community created to educate, train and inspire entrepreneurial moms and their children.

Please describe your leadership style.

I lead with love, intention, and I go with the flow.  As a mom and businesswoman, [I] understand the need to have systems and strategy but I also understand that things happen that may be completely out of my control. I don’t make it a point to dwell on the things that I can’t change but rather to work to the best of my ability of what is within reach.

Finish the sentence “team work is important because …”

Collaboration brings about so many amazing things. Fresh ideas, differences in perspective, creativity and wisdom. Teamwork brings a unique outlook that provides depth and insight that can’t possibly be achieved alone.

What social media platforms do you engage in the most?

I love social media, I spend the bulk of my time on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter. I go where people embrace me, my brand, and what I am doing. I have Snapchat, Persicope, I love them all but I spend time where my audience is.

What professional achievement are you most proud of?

I am really proud of the work I have been able to do with entrepreneurial moms. Many times as mothers we don’t see ourselves outside of our children, we focus on them, their accomplishments, their lives, their goals, and we hang up our dreams. It doesn’t have to be this way, through my membership community and coaching I have been able to help so many women look beyond their role as mother, dig deep and find their individual purpose and pursue it in addition to their responsibilities as a parent. It’s exhilarating seeing someone move from a place of desire to manifestation. I feel most alive when I am serving others as they actively pursue their dreams.

In your opinion, what is the key to success?

The key to me is really doing what makes you happy. I am an entrepreneur and that makes me happy but that may not be for everyone. Success is a popular word in today’s market but it’s very subjective. What makes one person happy may make someone else completely miserable, you have to find your place of bliss and own it. That to me is success. It’s about the freedom to determine the type of life you will lead and the legacy you will leave.

Name a female business leader who inspires you.

There are so many, Mellody Hobson, Barbara Cocoran, Sara Blakely, Beyoncé,  Oprah, Priscilla Shirer. I love models who have moved into entrepreneurship like Tyra Banks and Kimora Lee Simmons, I could go on, most of these women appeal to mass markets but there are a lot of micromarket leaders who are just as influential who inspire me daily.

What is a quote or mantra that motivates you?

“I am unstoppable” a quote. I heard Tony Robbins say he repeats [that]on a regular, I do this as well. I say it several times a day 3-4 times until I believe it. I also love Philippians 4:13 — “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

What does being a BOSS mean to you?

A boss is someone who is focused, determined, and committed. They know where they are going and have a strategic roadmap on how to get there. They are not moved by obstacles, they understand that those are simply opportunities to grow. They know their value, their purpose, and they are free from the thoughts and opinions of others. They pursue their goals with passion and they are highly motivated to carry out their dreams.
