Conchetta Jones, a personal development coach and the founder and CEO of She’s All That!, is on a mission to help as many women as she can live their dream life through workshops, individual and group coaching. It’s time-out for being everything to everybody and time to live your life like it’s golden.

Describe your leadership style.

My leadership style is first I don’t micromanage. Second, I empower my people so that they can make decisions without me if they need to.  Third, I offer support if/when they need it, and fourth, I am right there with them hands-on. There is no I tell you to do it. We are in this together.

Why is teamwork important to you?

Teamwork is important because you can get so much more accomplished working as a team. There is a camaraderie and a meeting of the minds during teamwork.

Which social media platforms do you engage with the most?

Facebook is my first love. Then Instagram and Twitter. Linkedin is the one that I need to get better at using.

Which organizations do you support?

I am proud to serve as vice president of the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) Orland Park Chapter. It gives me the opportunity to use my leadership skills and also my creative side.

The key to success, in your opinion?

The key to success is never giving up, stay consistent, don’t compare yourself with others and never give in to feelings of jealousy or envy.

Women who inspire you?

Cameka Smith inspires me.  I am inspired by the way that she took what could have been a negative (losing her job) and let it propel her to create something that helps so many women. My mission is to help motivate women to live their dream lives and I love the model that she has created with the Boss Network.

What is your mantra?

I can do all things through Christ who is my strength. This Scripture is my absolute favorite and whenever I need that extra boost it is on speed dial in my brain.

What does being a BOSS mean to you?

Being a BOSS means living your life on your terms. Being the unique you that you were created to be. Once you are living like that, then you are ready to walk in your purpose, doing the thing that you are here to do and helping those that you are supposed to help. That’s a BOSS!
