Danielle Pierce, aka “The Wealth Strategist,” is a 10-year full-time entrepreneur specializing in showing mompreneurs how to create multiple streams of income, primarily via real estate. She believes that every woman should be financially independent, and she is committed to leading by example.

Rolling out spoke with Pierce about her journey to success.

Please describe your leadership style
As a leader, I advocate a hands-on approach when dealing with my coaching clients. I definitely believe in having firsthand knowledge of the information that is shared with my target audience.

Finish the sentence “teamwork is important because”
Teamwork is important because it allows an individual to achieve maximum growth and impact. In the last 18 months, I have made a concerted effort to actively seek out other women, participate in their events and collaborate. As a result, I have been asked to speak on radio shows and various entrepreneur panels around the topics of real estate, wealth creation and entrepreneurship. The doors I have opened by not being a “lone wolf” have literally blown my mind.

What social media platforms do you use the most?
I tend to use Facebook as my social media platform of choice. Facebook allows me to be as brief or as wordy as I need to be. I get to mix in a lot of subtle business marketing along with my regular posts.

What is a professional achievement you are proud of?
In terms of my career, I really don’t spend a lot of time dwelling on my most proud accomplishments, because I am constantly pushing forward. Yet, I do know that it’s a blessing to stop and revel on an accomplishment and say to yourself, “I did that!” With that being stated, I am proud of the fact that I have created a company that has hit over $1M in revenues in about three years. I am even more proud of my upcoming compilation book release. I have wanted to be an author since I was 10 years old. I am most proud of my ability to help women learn how to increase their bottom lines using real estate as a tool of wealth creation.

In your opinion, what is the key to success?
I think the key to success lies in being both consistent and resilient. In fact, these are the traits my husband and I strive to instill in our children. The ability to be consistent will absolutely ensure that goals are achieved. If you never stop, you won’t have to start over.

Name a female business leader who inspires you.
Wow – there are so many business women that I admire and look up to. Women I look up to include Ava Duvernay, Michelle Obama, Oprah, Mellody Hobson and Beyoncé. I admire women that are extremely intelligent, beautiful, articulate and graceful. I especially love women that can tell a person off while remaining composed and gracious.

What is a quote or mantra that motivates you?
If I had to just pick a couple of my most favorite quotes, they would be as follows: “Don’t allow fear to stop you from making a decision” and “If you want what you’ve never had, you must do what you’ve never done.”

What does being a boss lady mean to you?
I would define a boss as a woman who is unapologetically great and walking in her purpose. She is confident in her intelligence and abilities and thrives on learning something new each day. I think a true boss knows that she can learn something from every single person she meets, if she is open to the opportunity. Finally, a boss makes it her mission to create other bosses so that everyone can continue to elevate in their journeys.
