The actions of an NYPD officer in Harlem have upset a lot of people. A small group of people, including women and children, were having a barbecue outside an apartment building. The grill was on the sidewalk and kids had their plates out ready for food, that is when an unidentified officer is seen pouring a jug of water onto the grill and all over the food. Apparently, having a barbecue grill on a city sidewalk is against fire codes but many are saying that the cop overreacted.
