In the middle of the night, singer and former “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” star K. Michelle used Twitter to update her fans on all the things that have been going on in her life recently.

So my docs told me I had lupus.I was devastated for 2weeks.Then the fertility doctor told me that I couldnt carry twins full terms.but wait
