In what seems like an ultra-blessed year, Detroit native and rap superstar Big Sean has been nominated for a Grammy award. His single “Bounce Back” off his platinum-selling album, I Decided, has been chosen by the Academy for Best Rap Performance. Other front-runners in the fold include “Bodak Yellow,” by Cardi B, “4:44” by Jay Z, “Bad And Boujee” by Migos, and “Humble” by Kendrick Lamar.
When asked by the Detroit News on Twitter about the Grammy nod, Sean responded in true Detroit, blue-collar fashion:
by working harder, bless 🙏🏾 https://t.co/o7YiYpBlDy
