Chris Bosh continues to deal with issues in the NBA and now has to worry about family problems. According to WFAA, Bosh’s mother, Freida Bosh, is being investigated for possible drug trafficking.

A home in DeSoto, Texas that is owned by Frieda Bosh has been under investigation since November. Police stopped a car leaving the home and allegedly found baggies of cocaine and marijuana. Authorities eventually decided to start a surveillance of the home and noticed a lot of traffic at the home. Police also claim that they witnessed “hand to hand” drug transactions outside of the home.

Police officers also went undercover as garbage men and picked up garbage from the home. When they took the garbage bags back to the police station, they said that more traces of drug residue was found.

Police were able to obtain a no-knock search warrant and reportedly seized a large amount of drug paraphernalia. However, police didn’t have enough evidence to arrest anyone at the home.

The legal issues comes four years after the city of Dallas filed a lawsuit against Chris Bosh’s brother, Joel Bosh, for operating an illegal nightclub.

Chris Bosh has struggled to continue his NBA career after suffering with health issues. He has yet to be cleared by NBA doctors to play and hasn’t played in a game since 2016. Bosh hopes to resume his career one day, but is also delving into music production.
