- NeNe Leakes – It makes sense that Leakes would make our No. 1 spot as she was one of the first if not the first one cast in “RHOA.” From day one, Leakes’ no-nonsense personality didn’t jell with the other women on the show and she was portrayed as loud and obnoxious. When the series made its debut, Leakes was a former stripper turned housewife who loved flaunting her affluence among a small group of snooty friends. One by one, Leakes picked off her cast mates, proving that she was in fact the reigning queen of the Atlanta franchise. From cursing out Kim Zolciak to destroying Sheree Whitfield on camera Leakes was a force to be reckoned with. While audiences hated her in the beginning, over time, they started to connect and before anyone knew it, she was the highest paid housewife on “RHOA.” After taking a break from the series, Leakes came back this season to liven up the cast and no doubt make things a little more interesting.
While we may love to hate these ladies, the important thing is we love watching them and that’s their bottom line in keeping their dollars rolling in. In show business, it’s better to be talked about in some way than not talked about at all, so we say bravo, ladies. Keep the antics up and we’ll keep watching!
