Cardi B is pulling out all the stops for her newest single — and stripping off all her clothes to ensure maximum attention is paid to her project’s release.
On Monday, Cardi B, 26, revealed the cover art for her upcoming track, “Money.”
The photo features the wife of Offset completely nude but covering up her unmentionables and showing off her signature tattoo. She is doused in gold metal chains and sporting a hat by Laurel DeWitt that paired up with Christian Cowan watch gloves.
The mother of one, Cardi, 26, is trying to break the Internet with the announcement of her new music and also offering fans a glimpse of her snapback, post-baby figure.
Cardi’s nudity provides a startling contrast as she is crouched over the word “Money” in long stilettos.
With the shot swathed in red, her distinctive peacock tattoo is stenciled along one side of her bare hip, the rapper teased in a caption to her nude photo:
“My single Money will be out on Thursday 12:30pm.”
Cardi dropped the first hint about “Money” last week when she shot down reports she was going to fire off on archrival Nicki Minaj on her latest track. Cardi later refuted reports that she had prepared to launch verbal missile strikes at the Pink Barbz in response to their near-brawl at a prestigious event during New York Fashion Week in September.
According to TMZ, Cardi had produced a diss track so savage that her team was divided over its viciousness. If this report is true, then Cardi must have been convinced to hold back from firing off all of her arsenal in this still unresolved rap beef.
