“Superfly” actor and rapper Kaalan Walker is being jailed on a million-dollar bond after being charged with multiple counts of felony sexual assault, the Los Angeles Police Department told the media.

Walker, 23, has been accused of committing several acts of forcible rape and sexual penetration after allegedly duping aspiring models on social media to meet with him and promising to help them professionally.

According to reports, the alleged attacks date back to 2016 in the greater Los Angeles area. The LAPD said Walker would offer the women help with their careers and, once he had them alone and secluded, he would then force himself on the victims sexually.

Among the charges the LAPD is filing include: five counts of forcible rape, three counts of sexual penetration by a foreign object, and one count of forcible oral copulation. Walker, who was arrested in the Los Angeles suburb of Van Nuys, is currently being held on a $1,080,000 bail.

Walker will next appear in court on Nov. 14.

Walker had recently posted a photo of himself at dinner with Halle Berry, whom he starred with on the movie Kings, from her birthday this past year.

“Happy birthday queen,” Walker captioned the Aug. 14 photo.

In a June interview with Billboard, Walker possibly clued people into his struggles when he admitted that he battled depression.

“I don’t think I would be on this earth right now if I rejected the fact that I had depression. Once I started saying it openly and not caring about what people think that’s when it felt better,” Walker said. “The worst part of depression is when you have it and you hide it within yourself because you can’t express it to anyone. When you don’t express it, it lives in your head. When it lives in your head, it conquers your thoughts. When it conquers your thoughts, it drives you crazy. When it drives you crazy you’re dead. That’s why as an artist if anyone asks me personal questions I want to tell them the truth.”

The LAPD is convinced there are other possible victims out there who have yet to come forward.

“The Los Angeles Police Department Van Nuys Area is asking for the public’s help in providing any information that would lead to locating additional victims of suspect Kaalan R. Walker,” the agency said on its website. People with information are encouraged to call detectives at (818) 374-9500 or Crime Stoppers at 800-222-TIPS (800-222-8477).

Walker raps by the moniker KR. In addition to his appearance in the movie SuperFly, Walker has starred in Kings and the TV series “In Contempt.”
