Complications that befell former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kenya Moore late in her pregnancy continue into the post-natal care phase.

Moore, 47, and her husband Marc Daly, recently welcomed their baby girl Brooklyn Doris Daly three weeks early from the original projected delivery time of Thanksgiving week. This was due to Moore suffering from preeclampsia.

The former beauty queen confirmed that she experienced more problems during and after the birth of her daughter on social media: “@thekenyamoore #BrooklynDorisDaly is here! Thank you @people for sharing our journey. She’s so perfect and strong! Marc was incredible in the deliver room. I lost a lot of blood so I’m very weak but they both were strong for me. God is so good. We are blessed and doing well. My heart is so full at the abundance of love for our family! We love you all. #TheDalys #babydaly #BrooklynDaly #family #love.”

Former cast mate and close friend Kandi Burruss delivered a bouquet of flowers to Moore to congratulate Mrs. Marc Daly for joining the ranks of motherhood. Moore used her Instagram caption to thank Burruss and acknowledge her recovery process.

“@thekenyamoore Having a tough day of recovery and just got these! So gorgeous feeling so emotional! Thank you @kandi for being you and all your generosity from you and your family! I love you mama!”

As most know by now, Moore was ex-communicated from the popular Bravo show when she famously failed to allow Bravo producers to film her courtship with, and marriage to, Daly, a New York-based restaurateur and entrepreneur. She was fired after the RHOA reunion at the conclusion of season 10.

Moore claims that she has fielded offers from other stations and that she will return to television. Meanwhile, some Moore and RHOA fans believe that Moore will be brought back into the fold as Bravo did with both Sheree Whitfield and Kim Zolciak.
