The new  Infiniti QX50 is a luxury car for grown-ups.

This versatile crossover SUV is capable of being a family-friendly or a daily work vehicle. What makes this car extraordinary is the price. Coming in under $55,000 the QX50’s opulence, style and great performance outshine comparable luxury vehicles in its class.

In 2018, the car manufacturer took a hiatus and did not make the QX50. In 2019, a few noticeable upgrades were added. Particularly, Infiniti debuted its variable compression engine. The new engine was designed to improve fuel efficiency.

According to fueleconomy.gov, the QX50 averages about 24 mpg in the city and 31 mpg on the highway. With such high ratings, drivers should see annual gas money savings. With a 268-horsepower, turbocharged four-cylinder engine, this car delivers power and acceleration when needed.

Depending on which trim package — Pure, Luxe or Essential — you select, the 2019 QX50 has a base price of $36,550. The top trim, the QX50 Essential, starts at $43,350, or $55,285 as featured. Standard features in the Essential include leather upholstery, navigation, a surround-view camera, front and rear parking sensors, and automatic climate control. Infiniti’s plush comfortable seats also feature a touch of suede-like leather on the door panels and center console.

From its classy design to its artistic lines and curves, the 2019 Infiniti QX50 is not only electrifying but also the SUV grown-ups will love to drive.
