Ludacris’ wife Eudoxie explained why she ultimately decided to stay with the rap star after his affair with another woman produced a love child.

Eudoxie Bridges, 33, was speaking with her celebrity gal pals LeToya Lockett-Walker and Keri Hilson during the Essence x Coca-Cola series “If Not For My Girls,” according to OK! Magazine.

Most rap fans became aware that Christopher “Ludacris” Bridges, 41, had cheated on Eudoxie and fathered a baby with Tamika Fuller, when she filed a paternity lawsuit in 2014. The daughter, Cai, was born in 2013.

“If not for my girls, I would be in relationships and places that no longer serve me,” Eudoxie Bridges said. “If not for you two specifically, I would still have been in really toxic relationships. Both of you in your own ways have helped me have that birds-eye view of the reality because love can be blinding,”

After the airing of the program, someone asked Eudoxie Bridges this personal question:

“Nobody told Eudoxie to leave after Luda had the side baby?”

Eudoxie Bridges’ answer was simple and powerful.

“Many people did tell me, but I listened to my heart and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made,” the stunning Gabonese woman retorted.

Ludacris and Eudoxie quickly reconciled their relationship, got married and welcomed their daughter Cadence in 2015.
