Entertainment mogul and “Family Feud” host Steve Harvey felt compelled to get his wife’s back after fans on social media accused her of “spending all of Steve’s savings” and “breaking Steve’s bank account,” during their lavish, multi-city European vacation.
The hate was directed at Marjorie Harvey after the Kings of Comedy alum and his wife shared multiple photos on Instagram of their trip through La Guérite in Cannes, France, and other places that included private jets, helicopters, yachts and hanging with music legend Elton John.

When some critics came at Harvey’s wife twisted, he clapped back in a classy way that is atypical of him. Normally, the legendary comedian uses his needle-sharp wit to eviscerate his victims.
“Truth is … I love her and she loves me, that’s a fact,” Harvey responded as the pair were about to take off in a helicopter in Monte Carlo. “You know two people really can be in love … it really is possible.”
After he shut down the shade, multiple fans came to his and his wife’s defense.
One follower said: “All I say is you are a true hater if don’t like the way this lovely couple swang.”
“I don’t know why people get so bent out of shape over other people’s lives,” another person added. “Either like the pic or don’t. All the extra is irrelevant. They’re gonna do them regardless. It’s not that deep.”
“Well, I believe Marjorie is a ‘ride or die’ chick!” a third person said. “She was just blessed to find her true love! If she knows how to make him happy, more power to her! Quit hating, and be happy for them!”
One Marjorie supporter added, “People, the lady makes money too!!!!!” And another commenter wrote: “You are a bad girl! Love your style, you’re truly in a class by yourself. Keep shining and sharing your shine. I’m watching and am encouraged.”
