MR: Over 90 percent of the store owners in ONE STOP Taxes are women with families to care for, and they are using this as a vehicle to fund their own dreams. So when we set goals, we know that there are thousands of families depending on us to be good stewards and operate with integrity so that the brand they represent has values.

What’s your favorite vacation spot?
CR: We love to cruise and enjoy the beauty of the sand and water. Each year, we treat our top store owners to a free Carnival Cruise where we can let go of the hectic pace of tax season and relax at sea. … This is often the first chance we get to meet new store owners personally.
