Mo’Nique never accepted the offer but instead went on a public campaign to blast Netflix.
She claims that Netflix has a severe diversity problem that causes the company to practice discrimination.
In her lawsuit, Mo’Nique also states that a Netflix executive said the N-word during a company meeting and that actor Kevin Spacey was allowed to use the N-word when he starred in “House of Cards.”
Mo’Nique is suing Netflix for unspecified damages and wants to force the company to change its discriminatory policies.
