Why is reading so important to you?
The gift of reading is being able to transcend life as you know it. It teleports you through time and space, and it allows you to be the most creative authentic you. Reading allows you to be honest with yourself and to tell the truth.
What new authors have piqued your interest?
L. Penelope. I love her books. They allow your imagination to visit new worlds. We have that in common.
What advice would you give other writers?
Don’t apologize for your truth or being your authentic self. We are all put here for a purpose and a reason. Fulfill it.
