How can people use yoga now to combat anxiety during the pandemic?

If anyone had ever considered a yoga practice, this is the time where you need it. Our students have reached out saying that they feel stressed out by the uncertainty. They don’t know when they’re going back to work or when their kids are going back to school, so people are stressed about a myriad of things. This is the time where we need to look within and focus our energy internally. Looking outside of ourselves can become very burdensome. We know yoga helps us let go of the things we can’t control and tune in to what we can control, which is how we feel and how we respond to stress and challenge.


Is Yoganic Flow offering any virtual classes?

Two of the nonprofits that we work with are focused on making wellness available in the community. They’re continuing to sponsor the classes, even though we’re not physically meeting. One of those words Sidewalk Detroit. We offer live classes on their behalf. People can go to Yoganic Flow on Instagram for those classes.
